1. Open interior wall cavity.	2.Wait for water to appear.
3. Carefully remove stucco & don't damage black paper underneath.	4. Cut wire & pull back gently to examine wrap
5. Exposing 1st layer of flashing.	6. Second layer of flashing reveals void in flashing & is source of water infiltration.
