How to Replace Weather-strip

Open sash until operator arm lines up with arrow on the sash track. Some operators don't have this arm. Push arm down to disengage the arm from track. Please note: Remember
how you are removing this sash!  You will be putting it back in its opening the same way.

Slide clip from other operator arm to free split arm from sash. If you don't have a clip then you pry the split arm off the sash bracket. Just put a flat head screw driver under the split arm and pry it upwards and it will pop right off.

Pry the hinge arms of the hinge tracks in the same manner you did the split arm. If you have the clip then slide it to free the hinge arms.

Hold the sash so it doesn't get away from you. Slide the sash free from the hinge track. When you see the black plastic piece of the hinge free, you can lift the sash out of the opening.

Pull the old weather-strip out. There might be a hidden staple within an inch from the ends.       This can be
