If your window falls or doesn't stay up you probably need a balance(s). Due to the numerous types of balances and block in double hung and tilt windows, we have  a questionnaire form to fill out below. This is the first step. It may take awhile to find out exactly what you need. If your patient we would be happy to help you find your balance.
