With our proprietary drawings and 3d printing, we have made the most state-of-the-art system on the market today! Using our expertise, we can make any rack at any size that is needed.
 
Our proprietary heavy-duty brass spray nozzle is designed for easy cleaning and perfect coning of water to the precise calibrated standards. If the nozzle gets clogged from any debris the middle brass insert can be removed and cleaned easily.
 
Our specialized hardened 3D printed coupling is designed for minimal water loss with thread stop positioning for nozzles' most accurate spacing. The coupling design has a flat surface always to allow the nozzle to sit true and forward. Our interior side of the coupling is set to allow full water to pass-through for more precise pressure distribution.
 
We test every single rack and drop to make sure it meets the standards perfectly so laboratories and manufactures alike can use our precise system. Our rain rack is calibrated to the ASTM standard of 5 gallons per hour per square foot. Each rain rack sold will be re-calibrated before it is sent out and comes with calibration paperwork. This rack is calibrated using our clear catch box system and weighted to the exact amount needed per ASTM standard. We also offer services of re-calibration every 6 months as per ASTM specification. We offer all calibration equipment to ensure calibration.
